They are employed by banks, trust companies, credit unions and similar financial institutions, retail establishments, contact centres, insurance, telephone and utility companies and other establishments throughout the private and public sectors.

本單元組主管執(zhí)行部分或全部下列職責(zé)：Supervisors in this unit group perform some or all of the following duties: 

* 協(xié)調(diào)，分配和審查從事下列職責(zé)的文員工作：提供信息和客戶服務(wù)，以及在銀行，信托公司及其他金融機(jī)構(gòu)為客戶提供服務(wù) 
Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of clerks engaged in the following duties: providing information and customer service; and serving customers in banks, trust companies and other financial institutions
