傳統(tǒng)類別的申請(qǐng)人，不需要注冊(cè)EE賬戶，不需要有雅思4個(gè)6，最低只需要達(dá)到CLB4 的語言成績（雅思聽4.5、讀3.5、寫4、說4）。只要能達(dá)到薩省評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60分，且符合薩省的需求職業(yè)便可以申請(qǐng)。
薩省2016版職業(yè)列表如下：
薩省2016申請(qǐng)條件如下：
1- 薩省評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)達(dá)到60分（滿分100分）；
2- 雅思必須是G類的，要求要達(dá)到CLB4，2年內(nèi)有效；
3- 完成高等教育（中學(xué)后教育），獲得文憑、證書或者學(xué)位；
4- 過去10年內(nèi)至少有1年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
（1）工作必須和所學(xué)專業(yè)高度相關(guān)
（2）從事薩省緊缺職業(yè)列表上的NOC 0 A B類職業(yè)
5- 如果打算在薩省從事受監(jiān)管的職業(yè)或者必修的學(xué)徒工，必須在薩省注冊(cè)；
6- 提供定居薩省的安家資金證明和定居計(jì)劃證明。
