北京時間2017年7月27日，新西蘭移民部長Michael Woodhouse在發(fā)言中確認(rèn)了臨時工簽的變更情況。其中有這樣幾點非常值得關(guān)注：

·         原計劃的技術(shù)工簽工資門檻從年薪48859紐幣下調(diào)至41538紐幣；

·         年薪低于41538紐幣的低技能工作人員，在新西蘭工作滿三年后，必須離開新西蘭12個月才能再次重新申請工簽；

·         年薪低于41538紐幣的低技能工作人員，不能擔(dān)保配偶和子女的簽證，配偶和子女需要獨立申請其他臨時性簽證。

The changes follow a consultation exercise and include:
The introduction of remuneration bands to assess the skill level of roles offered to Essential Skills visa applicants
The introduction of a maximum duration of three years for lower-skilled Essential Skills visa holders, after which they will need to spend 12 months outside New Zealand before they can be granted an Essential Skills visa to work in another lower-skilled role, and
Requiring the partners and children of lower-skilled Essential Skills visa holders to meet the requirements for a visa in their own right (they will still have access to short-term visitor visas).

此外，新西蘭移民部長Michael Woodhouse還表示，未來任何年收入在41538紐幣~73299紐幣之間，技能水平符合ANZSCO定義的1~3級的人員都將被視為是中等技能人才。與之相對應(yīng)的是年收入超過73299紐幣的人士，無論從事何職業(yè)都將被視為高技能人才，而且年收入低于41538紐幣的人士將被視為低技能人才。針對不同收入的人群所采取的政策也有所不同，下面這張表格可以讓大家一目了然。

這樣看來，南島地區(qū)十位市長的聯(lián)合呼吁還是起到了一定的作用，較之4月份提出新政條款可以說略有放寬。但是，據(jù)悉很多行業(yè)如餐飲、零售等服務(wù)性行業(yè)，大部分員工的工資仍達不到這個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。據(jù)移民局統(tǒng)計的數(shù)據(jù)，共有9700—11,800名的從事1—3級職業(yè)的人會受到影響，這部分人想移民新西蘭仍然是無望，那么南島地區(qū)可能依然會面臨熟練技術(shù)工人短缺的現(xiàn)狀。

新政于8月28日開始實施。
