This occupation requires a highly relevant qualification assessed as comparable to an Australian Bachelor degree, as well as one year of highly relevant employment in the nominated occupation. Additional years of employment cannot compensate for the lack of relevant qualifications. A Land Economist provides advice on the administration as well as commercial and operational use of land and property. Specialises in property areas such as industrial, commercial, rural and retail, or in property research or property investment analysis (ANZSCO).
