3月28日，西澳移民局公布了臨時(shí)職業(yè)清單。新的職業(yè)清單不再分為Schedule 1，Schedule 2。新的職業(yè)清單目前只接受緊缺行業(yè)的杰出專家提交申請(qǐng)。西澳州政府會(huì)審核各行業(yè)的緊缺情況，并于5月底發(fā)布新的州擔(dān)保職業(yè)清單。3月13日之前收到的州擔(dān)保申請(qǐng)，將按照原來(lái)的審批標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行。3月13日之前發(fā)出的州擔(dān)保邀請(qǐng)會(huì)繼續(xù)審理。
